FLEXIBLE DISPATCH. NO FORCED DISPATCH. We understand that experienced drivers have preferences when it comes to the areas they run, their home time, and the amount of miles they want to put on each week.
We do not force dispatch.
Our dispatch team works with each driver to find the right balance between available freight, miles, preferred lanes, and home time.
While we can't guarantee that a driver will get to choose every load or destination, we make every effort to accommodate our drivers' preferences whenever possible.

3,000 average weekly miles is easily attainable for drivers who want them.
Looking for a good balance between miles and home time?
We're flexible and willing to work with you.
That's the difference between simply dispatching trucks and working with professional drivers.
PAY & MILES $0.60–$0.70 PER MILE We have the freight to keep our trucks moving.
For drivers who want the miles, 3,000 average weekly miles is easily attainable.

HOME TIME HOME WEEKLY — EVERY WEEKEND IF YOU DESIRE We understand that home time matters.
We'll work with you to find the right balance between getting you home and keeping you moving.
Some trips may take you as far as California, so flexibility with longer-distance OTR routes is necessary.
Your home location will also factor into available routes and your home-time schedule.
