- Shift: Day shift, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Schedule: 5 OR days/month, 7 clinic days/month
- Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours
- Employment Type: Contract/Locum
- License/Certs: PA license or IMLC, DEA, ACLS, Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in ENT practice
Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $332.58/hour

What You’ll Do:- Provide outpatient ENT evaluations and treatments for patients of all ages
- Perform general ENT procedures, including parathyroid and cochlear Baha placements
- Support staff with clinical and procedural responsibilities
- Conduct surgeries approximately 6 days/month in the operating room
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- Ensure compliance with all medical standards and protocols
What You Need:- PA medical license or IMLC recognition
- DEA certification
- ACLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of ENT clinical experience
- Strong procedural skills with general ENT procedures
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
About the Assignment:This position is based at a well-established clinic and hospital in Ephrata, PA, supporting both outpatient and inpatient ENT needs. The clinic is supported by dedicated medical assistants and clinical support staff. The patient population spans all ages, undergoing procedures in outpatient settings or being transferred for inpatient care at York as needed. The facility uses EPIC EMR for documentation and strives to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
