    Job Description:

    A full-time opportunity is available for an Otolaryngologist to join a well-established ENT practice within an academically affiliated healthcare system. This role offers a comprehensive ENT practice with the added opportunity to participate in resident education and potentially serve in a leadership role within an ACGME-accredited residency program. Physicians will work in a collaborative environment with strong referral support, advanced technology, and a multidisciplinary care team.

    Shift / Schedule:

    • Full-time position
    • Call schedule: 1:4 rotation (nights and weekends)
    • Residents provide primary call coverage

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including ear infections, hearing loss, sinusitis, allergies, voice disorders, and sleep apnea
    • Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, septoplasties, and ear tube placements
    • Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care
    • Participate in shared call coverage with physician team
    • Teach and mentor residents within an accredited ENT residency program
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers
    • Provide care at regional clinic locations as needed
    • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
    • Contribute to program development and potential residency leadership

    Requirements:

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
    • Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology (ENT) Residency Program
    • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
    • Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
    • DEA certification
    • Strong clinical, surgical, and teaching skills
    • Commitment to patient-centered care and academic collaboration
