OTOLARYNGOLOGY OPPORTUNITY - BERKSHIRE MEDICAL CENTER | PITTSFIELD, MA

Berkshire ENT and Audiological Associates, P.C., part of Berkshire Health Systems, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a well-established, collegial team in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This is a strong opportunity to step into a busy, supported practice with immediate patient volume and long-term earning potential.

• General ENT practice with flexibility to develop subspecialty interests
• Full spectrum of ENT services, including in-office procedures and head & neck cases

• 1:4 call schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $531,000 for the first two years (flexible based on experience)
• After year two, transition to a 100% RVU-based compensation model
• Uncapped earning potential based on productivity in the RVU model
• Up to $17,500 in non-productivity incentive bonus available annually
