MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE AND HOME CARE HOME BASE EXPERIENCE
No Clinical Involvement - profiles go directly to the manager for interview

# of patients treated per day: 8
Productivity expectation: Hourly minimum 6.5 points, usually 3 4 evals
Other Certs Required for all OT (BLS, etc.): CPR
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Most post-acute
Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: Home Care
What are primary service areas? Clark, Edgar, Effingham, Champaign, Madison County
Experience or other skills & common job duties: OT experience, Home Health experience
Rehab Aides/COTA's: We have 1 COTA who will need supervision
Self Scheduling (Able to make your own schedule, block scheduling, etc.): Our therapist schedules their own day. Clinician can move their visits around.
Weekend Requirements: No
Holiday Requirements: No
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any color scrubs or business casual
