Job Description
The rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence. Our acute servicesprovide comprehensive care in a community-based hospital setting, prioritizing one-on-one therapist-driven treatment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to identify rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize appropriate treatment techniques to facilitate patient recovery.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
