    Position Summary

    The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on joint conditions involving the knees, shoulders, and hips. This position involves a mix of outpatient clinic, surgical cases, and follow-up care, serving an active and diverse patient population.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions related to the knee, shoulder, and hip

    • Perform joint-related surgical procedures, including arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries

    • Manage pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient care

    • Provide non-surgical treatment options when appropriate

    • Collaborate with physical therapists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff

    • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

    • Participate in quality improvement and patient outcome initiatives

    Qualifications

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

    • Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency

    • Fellowship training in joints, sports medicine, or related subspecialty preferred

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

    • Eligible for Texas medical licensure

    • Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
