    Position Overview

    As a key clinical partner, you will work directly with orthopedic and spine surgeons across both surgical and outpatient settings, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist orthopedic surgeons in surgical procedures and clinical evaluations
    • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to guide clinical decisions
    • Provide detailed patient education on post-operative care and rehabilitation
    • Manage follow-ups and monitor recovery progression
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
    • Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
    • Engage in continuous professional development and training

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
    • Active New York State PA license and NCCPA certification
    • Minimum 2 years orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
    • Strong clinical judgment and procedural proficiency
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
