    Now Hiring: Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
    Location: Finger Lakes Region, NY | Full-Time | Direct Hire

    A leading healthcare organization in the Finger Lakes region is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a collaborative orthopedic team. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work closely with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff while providing comprehensive care in both clinic and surgical settings.

    Compensation: $115,000–$135,000 annually

    Position Responsibilities Include:
    Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
    Provide pre- and post-operative care and assist with surgical procedures when applicable
    Order and interpret imaging and laboratory studies
    Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on recovery and prevention
    Perform procedures including joint injections, splinting, and casting
    Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support high-quality patient outcomes

    Qualifications:
    Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
    Current state licensure, national certification, and DEA license or eligibility
    Orthopedic, fracture care, or musculoskeletal experience preferred
    Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
