- Shift: 2-3 days in OR per week, balanced schedule
- Hours/week: 8-40 hours (based on case volume)

- License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience: All levels considered; surgical experience preferred

What You’ll Do- Perform orthopedic hand surgeries utilizing advanced technology, including microscopes
- Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care in a high-volume environment
- Collaborate with a team of physician assistants and support staff
- Engage in teaching and mentorship opportunities with residents
- Participate in multidisciplinary patient management
- Maintain patient documentation and follow-up procedures
- Support continuous quality improvement and best practice initiatives
What You Need- Valid medical license to practice in Louisiana; Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience or interest in hand surgery preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional development
