    Opportunity Highlights

    As a Regional Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Physician, you will play a key role in advancing orthopedic and sports medicine services across Central Florida. This position offers the opportunity to:

    • Build and grow a comprehensive sports medicine practice within a thriving healthcare system.
    • Diagnose and treat a wide range of sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
    • Help develop clinical pathways and best-practice strategies that enhance quality outcomes.
    • Partner with regional physicians and healthcare leaders to expand access to orthopedic services.
    • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and service line development across the region.
    • Utilize advanced technologies and innovative treatment approaches to improve patient outcomes.

    Ideal Candidate

    We are seeking a physician who is passionate about clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and program development. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

    • Strong clinical expertise in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.
    • A commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Interest in collaborating with healthcare leaders to advance orthopedic services regionally.
    • A patient-first approach focused on outstanding outcomes and experience.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • MD or DO degree.
    • Eligibility for or active Florida medical licensure.
    • Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes.
    • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency program.

    Preferred

    • Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
    • Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
    • DEA certification (or ability to obtain).
