You'll connect clinical recommendations to practical next steps, keep schedules and financial arrangements moving smoothly, and ensure every consultation feels organized, upbeat, and reassuring.Key responsibilities:Coordinate orthodontic consultations and present treatment plansDiscuss fees, insurance, and payment options; support case acceptanceCommunicate with patients/parents and collaborate with the clinical teamMaintain accurate documentation and follow-up touchpointsRequired skills/qualifications:Dental/orthodontic front office or treatment coordination experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and customer-focused mindsetComfort discussing financials and answering questions with professionalismReliable onsite availability across Layton and SyracuseYour Location & ScheduleThis position will support both our Layton and Syracuse clinics.
