TG Orthodontics is a modern, growing, high-tech, high-touch boutique orthodontic practice in Marlboro, NJ. We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and team-oriented Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join our incredible team!

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to our patients.
- Assist the doctor and clinical team with orthodontic procedures.
- Help create a positive, fun, and comfortable patient experience.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
- Work collaboratively with an amazing team that values excellence, growth, and a positive culture.
- Learn and utilize innovative orthodontic technology and digital workflows.
What We're Looking For
A current and active New Jersey RDA license is REQUIRED.
We are looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about patient care and delivering an exceptional experience.
- A reliable, motivated team player with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment.
- Experienced in orthodontics or eager to grow their orthodontic skills.
Previous orthodontic experience is preferred, but the right attitude, work ethic, and commitment to patient care matter just as much!
