    At CHT Orthodontics, we’re excited to welcome a full-time Dental Assistant to our growing team! Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional orthodontic care, and our assistants play an essential role in creating a smooth, positive experience for every patient. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and confident in assisting chairside, preparing and sterilizing instruments, and supporting efficient patient flow.     Schedule for the Dental Assistant:

    • Monday: 8:45AM - 6:00PM

    • Tuesday: 7:45AM - 5:00PM

    • Wednesday: OFF

    • Thursday: 7:15AM - 4:30PM

    • Friday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM

    *Wednesday shift is as needed

    Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Assistant:

    • Min of 2 years of ortho assisting experience is required.

    • Help with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments.

    • Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide pre/post-care instructions.

    • Assist the dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and readiness.

    • Prepare and organize instruments, equipment, and materials for appointments.

    • and process dental X-rays, adhering to safety standards.

    • Monitor and order supplies to keep the practice stocked and organized.

    • Recording treatment information in patient records
