    • Place aligner attachments and educate patients on wear and care

    • Demonstrate proper oral hygiene techniques with empathy and clarity

    • Collaborate seamlessly with the doctor and team to ensure smooth and efficient appointments

    • Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and patient-ready

    • Engage patients in conversation and education to help them feel confident and cared for throughout their journey

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 1+ year experience as a dental or orthodontic assistant (orthodontic preferred)

    • Strong familiarity with braces and clear aligner systems

    • A great communicator who loves connecting with patients and supporting their progress

    • A team player who brings positivity, reliability, and a growth mindset

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, boutique-style clinical setting

    Why This Role is Special:

    • Be part of a vision-driven practice from the ground up

    • Help shape a culture that values intentional design, next-level care, and human connection

    • Work in a spa-like, modern space that feels good for both patients and team members

    • Enjoy competitive pay and the potential to grow into a full-time role as the practice expands

    • Know that your work truly makes a difference in people’s lives
