Job Summary:
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct-hire
opportunity. This role involves providing high-quality anesthesia
care across a variety of clinical settings while working as part of
a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team. The ideal
candidate will bring strong clinical skills, sound clinical
judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care. This permanent
position offers long-term stability, competitive compensation, and

Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board
on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a CRNA
preferred; new grads considered if applicable
Proficiency in Regional, Orthopedic, Outpatient and General Anesthesia
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver
anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
