Develop test plans, test procedures, and automated test scripts for system and subsystem-level electrical tests on the Orion spacecraft and test articlesPerform test procedure and test script checkout in the Orion Test Labs in Denver and HoustonExecute test procedures on current flight articles (Artemis II and Artemis III), theEnvironmental Test Article (ETA), and future vehicles under Orion productionCollaborate with team members across the program including systems engineering, CPEs/RSEs, software, test labs, manufacturing, quality, and NASA
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other related degree and 2-4 years experience.Must have hands-on electrical, computer or aerospace test experienceWilling to work extended hours, including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends, in support of test activitiesWilling to travel
Desired Skills:
Fundamental knowledge of test engineering,operations, and processesExperience writing test plans, test procedures, or technical documentsExperience in subsystem/system electrical integration and powered testingExperience preparing for and executing spacecraft or system-level testsKnowledge of the Orion spacecraft or experience on a production spacecraft programCurrent or former Certified Test Conductor (CTC)
Experience with spacecraft commanding and telemetry monitoring softwareFamiliarity with electrical ground support equipment and test equipmentExperience using Automation Framework tools
