    Position Title: Organizational Staff Specialist

    Reports To: Senior Management

    Location: TSTT HQ  333 Westchester Ave, White Plains, NY

    Position Summary

    The Organizational Staff Specialist provides executive-level administrative, operational, human resources, financial, board, donor, and communications support to ensure efficient daily operations and strong coordination across leadership, staff, board members, donors, and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    ·         Coordinate office operations, IT services, facilities, communications, calendars, and executive priorities.

    ·         Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll liaison, records, and policy compliance.

    ·         Manage accounts payable/receivable, donor records, financial reports, contracts, renewals, and budget tracking.

    ·         Prepare board materials, reports, correspondence, presentations, files, databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.

    ·         Support social media, meetings, events, special projects, community engagement, and other duties assigned

     

    Qualifications

    ·         Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.

    ·         Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible executive-level administrative support experience.

    ·         Experience in office administration, HR, financial administration, operations, and board or nonprofit support preferred.

    ·         Highly skilled core competencies: organization, communication, confidentiality, sound judgment, project coordination.

    ·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, social media platforms, databases, and digital communication tools.

     

    Working Conditions/Salary

    ·         Primarily office-based with occasional travel, evening, or weekend work for meetings, events, or initiatives.

    ·         Regular use of computers, office equipment, and electronic communication systems.

    ·         Salary commensurate with education, qualifications, and experience
