Position OverviewWe are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support leadership, team, organizational, and effectiveness assessment engagements and related organizational development initiatives.
Required QualificationsFor consideration under the Analyst labor category:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience collecting and analyzing data.
- Ability to analyze information and develop meaningful insights.
- Certification, degree, formal training, or demonstrated proficiency in one or more applicable organizational development disciplines is preferred, including:

Assessment ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following is preferred:

Responsibilities- Support leadership, team, enterprise, and individual effectiveness assessments.
- Collect and analyze assessment data.
- Support interviews, observational meetings, and surveys.
- Assist in developing customized assessments based on client needs.
- Analyze assessment results and identify meaningful findings.
- Prepare reports and analyses for HR and organizational stakeholders.
- Support organizational development engagements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Assist consultants, coaches, and facilitators with project-related analysis and materials.
