There you are! We've been waiting for you…
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority is seeking one (1) experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our team.
Who are you?
You are someone who appreciates wearing many different hats. While your passion is learning and development, you are also a “culture junkie” and get a rush out of creating and implementing game-changing projects and initiatives that help our organization to grow and thrive. You are an ace at helping an organization to achieve strategic business and operational objectives as it relates to leadership development, talent and career management, cultural initiatives, and training.
You are quick to raise your hand to volunteer to assist pretty much anyone who asks. You appreciate the magic that happens when a broad spectrum of people and ideas converge to solve a problem or create something great. You've got lots of energy, a “can-do!” attitude, and are looking to plant roots in a place that appreciates all you have to offer. You are a great individual contributor as well as a team player.
Who are we?
We are the owners/operators of the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. We are a small but mighty team of 280-ish employees who take tremendous pride in the work we do and the important role we play in our community and the Reno-Tahoe region. Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is an important asset to the region, generating a total annual economic impact of $2 billion.
