    Position Description:

    Help Organizations Navigate Change and Deliver Successful Transformation

    Are you an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional who enjoys helping organizations successfully navigate technology, process, and business transformation? Do you excel at engaging stakeholders, developing communications and training strategies, and preparing employees for new ways of working?

    CGI is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to partner with our Public Sector and Commercial clients on transformation initiatives ranging from focused strategic engagements to large-scale technology and organizational change programs.

    In this role, you will help develop and execute change management strategies that strengthen stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communications, training, adoption, and benefits realization. You will work directly with client leaders, managers, employees, project teams, and other stakeholders to identify change impacts, address adoption risks, and help organizations successfully transition to their future state.

    CGI''s OCM capabilities include change strategy, stakeholder and leadership engagement, change impact and risk management, communications, training, organizational readiness, and adoption, supported by proven methodologies, tools, and technologies.

    Location: This position is aligned with our Los Angeles, CA office and will include work at the client location (LA metro area). A hybrid working model is available, with an expectation of up to 50% travel and/or onsite presence based on client and project needs.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    How you''ll make an impact

    • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops to align teams around future-state vision, objectives, and expected business value.
    • Support the development and execution of comprehensive organizational change management strategies and plans for technology, process, and business transformation initiatives.
    • Conduct stakeholder, change impact, readiness, and risk assessments to identify potential barriers to adoption and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
    • Design, develop, deliver, and manage multi-channel communications tailored to different stakeholder groups and stages of transformation.
    • Support the development of benefits realization and adoption strategies to help clients achieve intended business outcomes.
    • Assist in establishing and managing change champion networks to strengthen communication, engagement, feedback, and adoption throughout client organizations.
    • Support the design, development, review, and delivery of multi-modal training programs, materials, and supporting resources.
    • Partner directly with client executives, leaders, managers, supervisors, employees, and project stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
    • Develop and maintain organizational readiness checklists, assessments, dashboards, and other tools to evaluate preparedness for implementation and go-live.
    • Collect, analyze, and report change management metrics to monitor stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, training completion, and overall change progress.
    • Identify change-related risks, issues, and resistance and work with project and client leadership to develop appropriate mitigation approaches.
    • Collaborate with project management, functional, technical, training, communications, and business teams to integrate OCM activities into the overall program plan.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    What you''ll bring

    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in organizational change management, supporting technology, process, and/or organizational transformation initiatives.
    • Bachelor''s degree
    • Experience supporting the implementation of at least two technology solutions, including at least one ERP implementation.
    • Hands-on experience supporting OCM activities such as stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption, and change risk management.
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with client leaders, managers, employees, and cross-functional project teams.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate communications.
    • Strong PowerPoint, Visio, and visual communication/presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision at client locations while contributing effectively as part of a broader consulting and project team.
    • Ability to travel and work onsite based on client and project requirements.

    Desired Qualifications / Non-Essential Skills

    • Previous management consulting or technology consulting experience.
    • Experience supporting Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives, including documenting current-state and future-state business processes, business rules, workflows, and gap analyses.
    • Experience supporting ERP transformation or modernization programs.
    • Familiarity with established change management methodologies or frameworks, such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar approaches.
    • Project management experience, including scope, schedule, dependency, issue, and risk management.
    • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, focus groups, readiness sessions, or other collaborative working sessions.
    • Experience developing or supporting change measurement, adoption, and benefits realization approaches.

    Other Information:

    CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $77,800.00 $136,200.00.
