Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant who excels at building trusted relationships, navigating ambiguity, and helping organizations successfully adopt change for a contract role. This role offers the opportunity to partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value through effective communication, training, sponsorship, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational change management efforts for complex business and technology initiatives.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, training programs, and communication plans to support successful adoption.
  • Partner with project teams and business leaders to assess the scope and impact of change on people, processes, and organizational culture.
  • Coach sponsors, leaders, and key stakeholders to effectively lead change, manage resistance, and support adoption efforts.
  • Identify organizational risks and potential barriers to adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with communications, training, human resources, organizational development, and project teams to support implementation efforts.
  • Guide communication and training activities to ensure alignment with overall change strategies and business objectives.
  • Develop and monitor success metrics related to adoption, utilization, readiness, and business outcomes.
  • Support deployment planning and ongoing adoption activities to ensure long-term success and realization of project benefits.
  • Provide recommendations related to change readiness, organizational impacts, resource planning, and implementation approaches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6 years of professional experience with organizational change management, business transformation, communications, training, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading large-scale organizational change management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience integrating change management activities with project, communication, and training plans.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in evolving environments, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar).
  • Experience with Agile Change Management practices.
  • Experience supporting large-scale service transformation, operational transformation, or technology modernization initiatives.
  • Experience developing adoption metrics, readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

The base range for this contract position is $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
