This part-time, on-site role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to develop valuable warehouse and inventory skills in a refrigerated setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, track, and verify finished goods inventory accurately in a refrigerated warehouse (~34°F)
- Pick, stage, and load customer orders while ensuring accuracy and product safety
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and proper documentation
- Follow FIFO inventory practices and support food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform simple arithmetic
- Dependable, flexible, energetic, and efficient with a focus on safety and quality
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts
- Capable of working in a refrigerated environment and meeting physical job demands
