We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Selector to accurately pick, organize, and prepare products for shipment. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy. Pay Rate: $20.00
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift / 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Requirements:
- Accurately pick products according to customer orders and pick tickets.
- Locate products throughout the warehouse using inventory information and RF scanners.
- Verify product numbers, descriptions, and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as required.
- Wrap, label, and stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.
- Load and unload products and materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and operating standards.
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to management.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory, and other warehouse activities as needed.
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and performance expectations.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Previous warehouse or order selection experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners preferred.
- Previous forklift or material-handling equipment experience preferred.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
