Order Selector Position (Santa Cruz, CA)

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays
- Start time: 7:00AM - 9:00AM
Job Summary:
This is a warehouse position doing order picking in a fast-paced environment. This position will involve pushing a cart and using an RF scanner to locate, scan, and pick products. Selected items are then delivered to the packing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, fill, and package customer orders
- Receive and process inbound shipments
- Perform replenishment and inventory support tasks
- Conduct shipping audits and assist with trailer loading
- Complete inventory cycle counts and process returns/RTS
- Rotate products following FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines
- Verify quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates
Minimum Qualifications:
- Entry-level; training provided
- Ability to arrive on time and work overtime as needed
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English
- Experience with power equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Capable of standing, bending, and reaching for up to 10 hours
