Job Title: Order Puller

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Order Puller to join our team in Lakeland, FL. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that orders are accurately and efficiently pulled, packed, and prepared for shipment. Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Bonus Opportunity: Employees who meet production goals are eligible for a monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners.

• Verify the accuracy of items pulled against order lists.

• Pack and label products securely to ensure safe delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

• Proven experience using RF scanners in a warehouse or similar environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
