Position: E-Commerce Order Processing & Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Corona, CA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Department: Operations
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Process and manage daily customer and e-commerce orders
• Enter and update orders using Excel, NetSuite, and internal systems
• Process orders from Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other online marketplaces
• Print packing slips, shipping labels, and order documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments
• Track orders and shipments and help resolve delivery issues
• Assist with Amazon FBA and inventory replenishment orders
• Process returns, replacements, credits, and RMAs
• Assist with wholesale orders and shipping documentation
• Schedule carrier pickups and communicate shipping requirements
• Respond to customer questions through email, chat, and online marketplaces
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping concerns, returns, and product questions
• Maintain accurate customer, order, inventory, and shipping records

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous customer service, order processing, data entry, shipping, logistics, or e-commerce experience
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong data entry and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or GED required

EXPERIENCE THAT IS A PLUS:

• Amazon Seller Central / Amazon FBA
• Shopify
• Walmart Marketplace
• NetSuite or other ERP systems
• E-commerce order fulfillment
• Shipping and logistics
• Returns / RMA processing
• Wholesale order processing
