Order Processing Specialist

Move Forward with VoltVolt is hiring an Order Processing Specialistin El Paso TX.As an Order Processing Specialist you will Manage and track customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle. Coordinate production schedules based on customer requirements lead times and plant capacity. Maintain accurate order data shipment dates and status updates within SAP and other business systems. Monitor order priorities resolve scheduling issues and escalate potential delivery risks. Collaborate with Engineering Manufacturing Planning Logistics and Customer Service teams to support successful order execution. Process order authorizations and support timely resolution of customer concerns. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to customer orders. Identify opportunities to improve processes efficiency and overall operational performance.This is a full-time opportunitySchedule Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm flexible to work OT on SaturdayThe ideal candidate will have Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Operations Management Industrial Engineering or a related field. Experience in order management production planning supply chain or manufacturing operations. Proficiency with SAP ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated customer-focused and highly detail-oriented.
