Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

2nd shift: 10:30a until 7:00p

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Experience with RF Scanners.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 60 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Order Picker you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

A Order Picker supports efficient warehouse and manufacturing operations by safely transporting inventory using forklifts and other powered industrial equipment. This position combines technical equipment skills with strong safety awareness to support reliable material movement.

The Order Picker requires attention to detail, safe operating practices, and the ability to work efficiently around personnel, equipment, and inventory while maintaining warehouse productivity. Successful candidates contribute directly to efficient supply chain operations.
