Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Order Picker/Packers to join a busy distribution center in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and productivity standards are consistently met.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 year of warehouse, order picking, or packing experience (3 years preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse technology preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Pick and pack merchandise accurately for shipment to retail locations
Verify item numbers, quantities, and packing labels before shipment
Inspect merchandise for damage or quality concerns
Operate RF scanners and other warehouse tracking systems as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
Report damaged merchandise, inventory discrepancies, or unsafe conditions
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous distribution center or warehouse experience
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while wearing required PPE
