Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Pickers / Packers to join a busy warehouse team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

The ideal Order Picker / Packer is dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to speak and understand English fluently
Verifiable work history required
Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Accurately pick merchandise according to customer orders and packing lists
Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions to ensure order accuracy
Package products safely and securely for shipment while maintaining quality standards
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and order completion
Inspect orders for accuracy before shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
Familiarity with inventory control and shipping processes
Experience working in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift, carry, and move products as required
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movement
Ability to perform physical warehouse work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
Warehouse and distribution center environment
Fast-paced operation with productivity expectations and shipping deadlines
Frequent movement throughout the facility
PPE may be required depending on assigned work area
