We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Depew, NY.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders to meet productivity goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This position is integral to the efficiency of our operations, and we value team members who bring strong materials-handling expertise and a proactive work ethic.

Hours:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Overtime may be required as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Use RF guns to locate, pick, and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Complete daily activity reports and other required documentation as directed.
- Follow all standard operating procedures to ensure safety and consistency.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Physical ability to frequently stand, bend, grasp with hands, and lift items (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in order picking and packing processes.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems.
- Prior experience in materials handling or a warehouse environment is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required
