Order Picker / Order Puller

Job Summary

Midwest Fastener Corp is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our fast-paced Order Pulling team. In this hands-on warehouse role, you will pick, pull, and pack customer orders while helping ensure orders are accurate, undamaged, and ready for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and pack customer orders according to company and quality standards.
• Ensure orders are accurate and products are not damaged.
• Use scanners and tablets to process orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Move materials to designated warehouse and packing locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Dependable with regular and reliable attendance.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to regularly stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to obtain a Powered Equipment Permit.
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening.

Helpful Experience

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or order fulfillment experience.
• Powered equipment experience.
• Experience using inventory or order-processing systems.
• Experience working as part of a team.

Where: Kalamazoo Location

Hours: 7:30AM-4:00PM OR 4:15PM-12:15AM
