About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Verifier to ensure the accuracy of direct-to-consumer orders processed through Shopify. This position plays a vital role in verifying order details, preparing shipments, and supporting fast-paced warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify Shopify orders for accurate item numbers, quantities, and product condition
• Confirm that picked items match order details and prepare them for shipment
• Place verified orders onto totes, carts, or designated staging areas
• Identify and flag discrepancies or issues in orders or inventory
• Cross-train in all warehouse areas, including handling high-value items
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to daily procedures
• Follow instructions from the Warehouse Lead and perform additional duties to support warehouse activities

Required Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with order picking and packing, inventory management, and general warehouse operations
