Schedule: Sunday - Saturday, 1st shift, 7:30am - 4:30pm, with possible overtime and weekend work required

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and staging products in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working with robot-assisted picking systems, using RF scanners to verify order details, and ensuring timely shipment of orders while following all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order picking using warehouse robots and automated picking systems.
• Use RF scanners/handheld devices to verify order picks and quantities.
• Follow on-screen prompts to efficiently and accurately select items.
• Pack, label, and verify orders to ensure quality and correctness.
• Build pallets, wrap products, and stage completed orders for shipping.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to warehouse safety standards and safety zones.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as replenishment and sorting as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work weekend shifts and flexible scheduling.
• Comfortable working around robotic and automated equipment following safety zones/rules.
• Warehouse or order picking experience preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
• Pass drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, handheld devices, warehouse robots, and automated picking systems.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Environment involves working around robotic and automated equipment.
• The environment is not climate-controlled (hot/cold conditions).
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods.
