We're hiring an Order Picker to help keep orders accurate and on time in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role includes picking with a robot, packing, staging, and preparing products for shipment while following safety and quality standards.

Position: Order Picker (Warehouse)
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: Sunday - Saturday 1st shift 7:30am-4:30pm) + possible OT
Must be able to work weekends
What you'll do
- Perform order picking with a warehouse robot/automated picking system (robot-assisted picking)
- Use an RF scanner / handheld device to confirm picks and quantities
- Follow on-screen prompts to pick items accurately and efficiently
- Pack, label, and verify orders to maintain quality and accuracy
- Build pallets, wrap product, and stage completed orders for shipping
- Keep work area clean and follow all warehouse safety rules
- Assist with general warehouse duties (replenishment, sorting, etc.) as needed
Requirements
- Comfortable working around robotic/automated equipment and following safety zones/rules
- Warehouse or order picking experience preferred (we can train the right person)
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs (ex: 25-50 lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
