Versa Group is hiring an Order Picker (1st Shift) in Tampa, FL. We offer full-time and part-time positions with pay of $21–$24 per hour. No warehouse experience is needed. We welcome beginners and provide paid training.
Duties
- Pick apparel items from shelves.
- Match products to order lists.
- Check sizes, colors, and quantities.
- Scan items before shipment.
- Move orders to packing stations.
- Refill picking locations.
- Keep warehouse aisles organized.
Qualifications
- No experience required.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Able to follow safety guidelines.
- Willing to work with a team.
