Title: Order Management Specialist
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 3 months
Description:
- Review inventory availability while accurately entering and processing customer orders into the system
- Monitoring the progress of orders, tracking shipments, and updating customers on order status
- Collaborate with Procurement, Deployment and other teams to schedule/reschedule orders
- Generating and sending accurate invoices to customers based on order and contract terms, verifying billing information, and resolving billing discrepancies
- Use OneVizion project planning system to create and publish order management reports
- Escalate any problems with order entry to management team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Strong understanding of order to cash process and reviewing available
- 3+ years working in Supply Chain Management/Order Management
- Must have strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP Order Management experience desired
- Experience in mobile network construction desired
