CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Order Management Specialist - Customer Operations for a client in the Fort Worth, TX area. This role focuses on overseeing order processing, coordinating outsourced service providers, and improving operational efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), ERP systems, and customer operations who enjoy problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, returns, and backorder resolution.
• Coordinate with outsourced customer service teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to maintain service standards.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve customer escalations, and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to address order-related issues.
• Support EDI troubleshooting, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operational trends using Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in order management, customer operations, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, order fulfillment, and customer issue resolution.
• Experience coordinating with BPO teams, outsourced service providers, or 3PL partners.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP and reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of consumer products, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
