Job Overview:
If you're someone who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems, and being the person others can count on, this could be a great next step. As an Order Management Specialist, you'll help support a smooth customer experience by coordinating orders from entry through shipment, partnering with internal teams, and keeping customers informed along the way. This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing detail, communication, and follow-through - and who takes pride in getting things done the right way.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone earlier in their career or building on a few years of related experience in customer service, order support, operations, or a similar business environment. You'll join a close-knit team that works collaboratively, supports one another, and offers meaningful exposure to other parts of the business. The ideal person is organized, responsive, customer-minded, willing to learn, and comfortable working through questions or challenges with a team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Customer, Channel Partner & Distributor Support
Act as key liaison between assigned Channel Partners and operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Develop and cultivate effective relationships with key accounts/distribution partners.

Execute daily tasks and customer responses with a sense of ownership and urgency.
Provide support and training to distributors on order entry application.
Order Management & Fulfillment
Manage customer orders from placement to invoicing through multiple channels, including phone, fax, EDI, email, and websites to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
