The Order Management Lead is a critical role on Brady's warehouse logistics team, supporting high volume and fast paced warehouse operations. In addition to managing order processing and scheduling, the lead oversees dock operations and is responsible for accurate picking, staging and auditing of orders. Concentrates on early-stage order fulfillment workflows, ensuring swift dispatch preparation, monitoring service benchmarks, and pre-emptively addressing operational hurdles. This is a 2nd shift position, working 2pm - midnight.
