Order Fulfillment Representative

Direct Hire | $80,000–$100,000 per year | Utica, NY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Order Fulfillment Representative to support customer order management, shipment coordination, and on-time delivery for our rapidly growing Data Center Business Unit. IN this role you will be the liaison between the customers, plant team and customer care team. This role is a key link between customer demand and site operations, ensuring accurate order tracking, proactive communication, and timely resolution of fulfillment issues.

Key Responsibilities

•    Manage customer orders, backlog, delivery dates, and shipment status within ERP systems.

•    Communicate order updates, delivery risks, and potential delays.

•    Identify and escalate fulfillment issues, including material shortages, quality holds, and logistics challenges.

•    Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Shipping teams.

•    Maintain accurate order records and prepare status and backlog reports.

•    Support recovery plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

•    Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or related experience.

•    Experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or manufacturing support.

•    Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•    ERP system experience and manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
