    What challenges you’ll tackle

    • Keep outbound lanes flowing—stage, sort, and load for carrier pick-ups.
    • Accurately pick, pull, and prep orders; maintain clean, organized work areas.
    • Cross-train and backfill across stations: Pick/Pack, Dock, International, UPS/FedEx.
    • Run warehouse equipment with care: forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, RF scanner, computers, printers.
    • Move product around the warehouse: shrink-wrap, box, label, and convey to pack/ship.
    • Weigh or count parts and finished goods to meet company standards.
    • Execute cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
    • Assist with shipment/product labeling and support show/sample coordination.
    • Operate in NAV using RF scanners to update and track work.
    • Pull the manual dock chain and uphold safety at all times.
    • Take on additional assignments from the Shipping Supervisor or team lead as needed.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • Strength to lift/move up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
    • Confidence reading tickets and following process instructions.
    • Foundational MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
    • Proven, safe forklift operation; comfort with pallet jacks and cherry pickers.
    • Ability to work in hot and cold conditions.
    • Hands-on experience with NAV and RF scanners.

    How we work

    • Reports to: Shipping Supervisor.
    • Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 40+ hours per week; occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
    • Travel: None expected.

    Education and preferred credentials

    • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferred: Forklift Certification.

    Physical and visual demands

    Regular talking/hearing with frequent standing and walking. Frequent hand/finger use and reaching with arms/hands. Occasional sitting; climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Ability to frequently lift and/or move 50+ pounds. Visual needs include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
