ACS Staffing is recruiting an experienced Order Entry Clerk for a long-term assignment with a lighting manufacturing company in Vernon, California.
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately into the company’s computer system
- Research tracking numbers for customer orders
- Check product and backorder status for stock items
- Respond to busy incoming telephone calls
- Assist customers professionally and provide accurate information
- Maintain organized and accurate order records
- Communicate order and product information clearly
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous order entry or similar office experience is strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work accurately in a busy environment
- Dependable, organized and detail-oriented
