Job Details

• Perform high-purity orbital welding on stainless steel process piping systems for pharmaceutical and biotech facility construction.
• Set up, program, and operate orbital welding equipment to complete sanitary welds on tubing and process piping.
• Read and interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, weld maps, and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate weld documentation, traceability records, and quality control requirements.
• Work safely in cleanrooms, GMP environments, and active construction sites

Requirements

• 5+ years of orbital welding experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, or other high-purity industries.
• Proficiency operating orbital welding systems and performing weld testing to meet project requirements.
• Strong understanding of ASME BPE standards, sanitary welding practices, and weld inspection criteria.
