We’re counting down to the opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art Advanced Surgical Associates location in Concord — and we’re looking for a skilled, energetic, and patient-focused Surgical Assistant to help launch this practice with confidence and clinical excellence.

Previous oral surgery experience is highly valued, but we also welcome motivated assistants with strong fundamentals and the right mindset.

? What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities)

As a Surgical Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical care. You will:

  • Assist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons during in-office surgical proceduresPrepare and maintain sterile surgical suites and instrumentsAnticipate provider needs and support efficient surgical flowTake and process diagnostic radiographs and clinical photosMonitor patients during pre-op and post-op phasesAccurately document patient care and proceduresProvide calm, compassionate chairside support and patient educationFollow OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standardsSupport the clinical team with additional duties as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent requiredRegistered Dental Assistant with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry (required)Dental Radiology Certification (required)Current BLS/CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire)
