Oral Surgery Assistant to support our surgeons and help deliver a smooth, professional patient experience.
What You’ll Do- Assist oral surgeons during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Monitor patient vitals and comfort levels throughout procedures
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation
- Manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing reassurance and support
What We’re Looking For- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an oral surgery setting (required)
- Hands-on experience assisting with:
- Anesthesia
- Dental implants
- Extractions
- Complex oral surgical procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid CPR certification
- DAANCE/AAMOS certification strongly preferred
- Proficient in using dental software and digital imaging systems
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to patient care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
