Oral Surgeon in Indianapolis, IN
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $400,000 W2 (negotiable based on experience)
- Bonus Structure: 35% of collections after a one-time $1.5M production threshold (hybrid W2/1099 model)
- Earning Potential: $1M+ in the first year
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral surgery and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. This opportunity allows you to practice full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in a modern facility with a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery
- Collaborate with referring providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide patient consultations with clarity and compassion
- Maintain compliant, accurate documentation and patient records
- Participate in internal marketing initiatives and CE events to support referral relationships
- Stay current on clinical techniques through ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency
- Board certification or eligibility preferred
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Team-oriented, collaborative approach to practice
