• Strong experience managing Oracle Platform operations, Governance, Change Management and Delivery.
• Manage end-to-end Oracle platform programs, including planning, execution, delivery tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead Oracle implementation, upgrade, migration, and support initiatives across cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Drive governance for Oracle programs by maintaining project plans, status reporting, issue escalation, change management, and delivery compliance.
• Coordinate with Oracle technical teams, vendors, business users, and leadership to ensure timely delivery of milestones and resolution of dependencies.
• Ensure Oracle solutions meet business requirements, operational standards, security guidelines, and quality expectations while supporting continuous improvement.
