About the role
SymHas is seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Retail Merchandising consultant to support a remote implementation/support engagement. You will configure and optimize Oracle Retail merchandising processes and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, supportable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Retail Merchandising (SaaS/Cloud) across core merchandising flows
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and fit-gap analysis with retail business teams
- Support foundation/merchandise hierarchy, item/SKU management, pricing, purchasing, inventory, and replenishment processes
- Drive data conversion, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post go-live support
- Produce functional specs, configuration documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing/supporting Oracle Retail Merchandising (SaaS/Cloud – RMFCS/MFCS)
- Strong functional knowledge of retail merchandising: foundation data, item management, purchasing, inventory, pricing, and replenishment
- Experience with the full implementation lifecycle (design config test deploy support)
- Experience with integrations and data conversion in a retail ecosystem
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills in a remote setting
Nice to have
- Oracle Retail certifications; exposure to RPM, ReSA, RIB/integration, or Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM
- Prior Fortune 500 retail experience
